"Corporations Are Not People: The OCCUPIED Amendment and Other Efforts to Overturn Citizens United"
Marie Keeney, Moderator; Jim Keeney, Presenter.
In Citizens United, the Supreme Court allowed unlimited political influence through corporate cash. Amending the Constitution is the only way to overturn a Supreme Court decision "OCCUPIED - Outlawing Corporate Cash Undermining the Public Interest in our Elections and Democracy" and other proposals to restore power to the people will be examined.
