- From northeast of Sarasota:
- From I-75 take Exit 210 West/Fruitville Road.
- Cross two traffic signals at Honore and McIntosh Roads.
- UUCS is on the right (3975) before Beneva Road.
- From northwest of Sarasota:
- Take the Tamiami Trail (Rt. 41) south to Fruitville Road
- Go left on Fruitville Road.
- UUCS is on the left after Beneva Road.
