Please note that the pledge amount is either a recurring or one time pledge amount - not your total annual pledge to the church.
For example, if your total pledge to the church is $1200, and you want to contribute $100 per month, be sure to enter $100 in the pledge section of the form and select 'Monthly' in the Donation Frequency section.
Or if you prefer to not use on-line access, you can print this EFT/CC Form, fill it out using the appropriate section (Checking / Saving for EFT or Credit Card for payment by credit card) and bring or mail it to our UUCS administrator (administrator@uusarasota.com)
Remember that the Church fiscal year starts on April 1 and ends on March 31st of the following year. You can, however, set up your contributions for any time period. You can also change your contribution amount or time period at any time.
